These classroom parent volunteers help ensure that teachers can focus on the education of our children, that students can celebrate holidays and events with their peers, and that families can easily access information and find ways to be involved. Responsibilities distributed among the three volunteers in each homeroom include:
- Communicating with families (emailing families about class/grade-level activities/events/needs), typically once a month
- Organizing classroom parties/volunteers
- Being a point person for grade level information/activities/summer events
