Dear Polaris Families,

 

On behalf of the 2024-25 Polaris Elementary PTO, we wanted to let you know how excited we are for the coming school year! If you are new to Polaris this year, we would like to personally welcome you to our school. And of course, if you’re returning, welcome back!

You'll find some exciting updates and helpful information in the newsletter below as we kick off the school year.

Please also be on the lookout for Principal Lopez's update later today with important school year announcements.

One and Done Family Donation. Thank you Polaris Families!

Our inaugural one-and-done fundraiser raised $56,660. A big thank you to all who contributed and jumpstarted our fundraising efforts this year. By reaching this level, we will not proactively host the Colorado Gives campaign over the holidays! Plus, those of you have donated won’t receive our direct fundraising messages.

If you haven’t had time to donate, it’s never too late. We have a full year to go to reach our annual goal. Give now and stay tuned for further messages this year.

  • Join Principal Lopez and Facilities Manager Jonathan McNamara to prepare our grounds for students! We will be weeding, picking up trash and planting!

  • PTO will provide lunch! Please RSVP to ensure we have enough food by emailing: community@polarispto.com
Join School Pool

Since Polaris is a commuter school, we know many of you would like to setup carpooling. We have setup School Pool to help you do just that! Please sign up for an account to participate!

We look forward to connecting with Polaris Families on the Friday before school starts during your allotted time to meet the staff, PTO, and fellow families on the playground!
