Thank You for a Successful First Half of the School Year!

Before we head into the holidays, we wanted to send out a thank you to YOU, our Polaris community, for your continued engagement and support. Together, we have realized some amazing and unprecedented accomplishments at Polaris, securing high quality and unique educational experiences for our children now and in the future. None of these accomplishments were possible without you. Pat yourselves on the back and know that by giving freely with your time and your money you’ve helped us achieve some amazing things in 2023!

Stay tuned for a volunteer information session in February if you are curious about how you can get more involved in the future!

Sign ups for the Polaris Talent Night end TODAY! All 4th and 5th graders are invited to share a 3-minute talent act of any kind during this super fun annual tradition. In past years we've had everything from piano solos to rubix cube solving. Your student doesn't need to know the particulars of their act, just the basics and then they can marinate on it over the break! You can also be an MC if you want to participate but don’t want to perform an act.

We're also looking for an Assistant Director for the Talent Show! This individual should have a student that will be attending Polaris next year and might be willing to be the director of next year's show. This year's director, Anne Marie Pinero, won’t have a star at Polaris next year but would love to teach the assistant director the ropes and leave the talent show in good hands! Save the Date: Volunteer Info Mixer!

Join us at the Cho/Abbott home at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, February 12, 2024, for an informal gathering to learn about different volunteer positions and opportunities available for the coming year!

Spring Semester Grade-Level Parent Mixers

Back by popular demand, we are seeking hosts for grade-level parent mixer pot lucks! Date/time to be chosen by hosts. 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on a Monday through Thursday worked well for the fall mixers, but we're flexible based on host preference. Reach out to polarisPTOcommunity@gmail.com if interested!
